Career History
I've worked for the Adelaide Convention Bureau for 7 years in the roles of Business Development Manager, Senior Account Manager and now as the Sales Manager. This latest role incorporates leading the Sales Team and also includes Senior Account Management in the Melbourne and UK/Europe markets and managing International Bids for the Conventions Adelaide program. My previous roles have included Function Sales Coordinator at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Function Manager at Fernilee Lodge Function Centre and making hotdogs and cappuccinos at OASIS deli while studying travel, tourism and marketing!

Greatest Achievement 
Buying my first home! Nothing more rewarding than ‘getting the keys’ and making the place my own.

Favourite Pastime 
Diving into pristine, aqua water, eyes open, at any beautiful South Australian beach in Summer. Also love reading, movies and dining out with friends and family.

Favourite South Australian holiday destination 
I love Port Elliot and Victor Harbor for the beaches and fishing, Adelaide Hills for its culinary delights and my favourite is Kangaroo Island for its unspoilt, natural beaches, wildlife, peace and quiet. I also LOVE visiting SA’s wine regions – anytime!

Favourite Adelaide or South Australian Dining Experience
Too many to choose from… here are my top 5:
Amalfi on Frome for Italian, Estia at Henley Beach for Greek, Star of Siam on Gouger for Thai, The Port Elliot Bakery for the best pasty experience in the world and Russell’s Pizza at Willunga – delicious!

Adelaide as a Destination 
I'm passionate about Adelaide and SA as a destination, so apart from the obvious advantages like cost effectiveness, world class facilities & service, ease of transport, safety, accessibility, clean & green… I would have to say the ability to personalise the experience for visitors and the huge variety of experiences that are on offer.
