Career History
I started off my career in the dental industry as a dental assistant. After 5 years of looking into people’s mouths I realised that there must be more to life! I then undertook an Advanced Diploma of Tourism Management, and I have not looked back. My current position at the Adelaide Convention Bureau is Marketing and Events Officer and have the responsibility for managing key sales events including AIME and Destination SA.

Greatest Achievement
Greatest achievement would be purchasing our first home over 10 years ago, renovating it, subdividing the block and then selling it late in 2008. We are now looking for our dream home closer to the beach.

Favourite Pastime
Of course shopping, eating, and catching up with friends over dinner in a fabulous restaurant.

Favourite South Australian Holiday Destination
Clare Valley. Nothing beats spending the day wine tasting, having lunch at Skilogallee and staying overnight in a quaint B&B.

Favourite Adelaide or South Australian Dining Experience
Anyone who knows me would know that I love to eat at a Chinese Restaurant in Gouger Street called Wah Hing. We tend to eat there on a Friday night. They serve the best vinegar dry pork ribs, and they also offer great service.
Enzo’s and Gauchos are also another favourite, or anywhere were crab meat pasta is served….
There are far too many choices in Adelaide.

Adelaide as a Destination 
Definitely Adelaide’s party vibe during Mad March. The atmosphere, the people, the sights, it certainly makes it an exciting time to be in Adelaide.
Adelaide has also fantastic venues and conference facilities and is complimented by the city’s ease of access.
