Career History
I have been with the Adelaide Convention Bureau for over 2 years as the Sales and Project Executive, however have recently changed roles to become the new Membership Manger. I have also worked in various sales and marketing roles, which has included working for the South Australian Tourism Commission passionately promoting the state to locals and tourists!

Whilst studying, I worked at some of the major food chains to improve my cooking skills… Barnacle Bills, Billy Baxter’s Cafe and my personal favourite, Hogs Breath Café!

Greatest Achievement 
I’ve had many personal achievements throughout my life with sport, buying a house and reaching short and long term goals. However, one of my greatest achievements would be moving away from my family and friends to complete a Degree in Tourism Management at the University of SA.

Favourite Pastime
There are many things that I enjoy doing in my pastime. I love spending time with my family and friends, dining out, going to the movies, playing netball, going for short drives and experiencing new and exciting things.

Favourite South Australian Holiday Destination
I love to visit the Barossa, Eyre Peninsula, Kangaroo Island, Flinders Ranges and the Outback; however, I always seem to go back to the Yorke Peninsula. The region offers pristine beaches, great fishing, beautiful sunsets, friendly locals and a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

Favourite Adelaide or South Australian Dining Experience
My most recent memorable dining experience would have to be at Mesa Lunga on Gouger Street. The service was friendly and helpful, buzzing atmosphere, great company and the food and wine was outstanding …. I can highly recommend the Paella dish, it’s really impressive!
