Career History
During my time studying I took on various roles from dental assisting to retail and then finally to hospitality. As it became increasingly difficult to be hospitable at 5am in the morning, I came across the opportunity to do some part time project work for the Adelaide Convention Bureau. Within a short period of time I was offered a position within the Sales team and here I am today, happily working away, and glad to be sound asleep at 5am!

Greatest Achievement
My greatest achievement to date is learning and mastering the long-time family roast recipe.

Favourite Pastime
Cooking delicious new recipes, eating out or spending time with my partner, friends or family.

Favourite South Australian Holiday Destination
The family shack at Carrickalinga, or the Barossa Valley.

Favourite Adelaide or South Australian Dining Experience
This is a tricky one… I struggle to go past a good Indian curry from Charminar at Brighton. I love Melt Pizzeria on King William and Taste of Spice for Malaysian on Gouger St and the Greek on Halifax.
Adelaide as a Destination
Where else can you drink the world’s best wine, eat fantastic food and arrive to relax at some of the world’s best beaches within 20 minutes?? Only Adelaide!
