TRADE BOOTHS 
For this year’s event, we are working with Adelaide Expo Hire in delivering an exciting and fresh look exhibition for the Business Exchange Day.

Positioned in the newly opened Foyer E of the East Wing within the Adelaide Convention Centre, the Exhibition will have centre stage overlooking the picturesque views of the city and Riverbank.

EXHIBITION BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUSIONS 

Double Booth (6m x 3m)

  • Walling: 2x 2m wide x 2.48m high smooth finish infill panels set within Octanorm aluminium framing with a 1m wide x 2.98m high central column
  • Dimensions on the panels below the fascia sign are as follows:
  • 1940mm wide x 1130mm high
  • 1940mm x 615mm
  • Colour: white
  • A company name sign will be installed along the top of each booth wall
  • Power 1 x 4amp power point per 3m x 3m booth (9sqm)
  • 2 x clothed trestle table
  • 4 x Adelaide Convention Centre chairs

BUMP IN/OUT

Delivery of Goods
If you have any large items you wish to courier to the Adelaide Convention Centre ahead of the exhibition please download the Exhibitor Label.

Please note deliveries will be via the Plaza Ramp Loading Bay between 2:00pm and 6:00pm (rather than the North Terrace Loading Dock) on Wednesday 21st March 2018.
Please refer to Plaza Ramp + Car Parking access map.

2:00pm – 4:00pm - Exhibitor registration (Collect name badge and copy of appointment schedule).
