DAYS 1-4: Melbourne

Touch down in Melbourne where you will be greeted by your hosts and transferred for an informal welcome reception at your luxury city hotel.

Over the next 3-4 days the group will be treated to a series of culinary experiences at locations such as St Kilda Beach, Port Campbell and the picturesque Yarra Valley wine region. Accommodation will be a luxury combination of 5-star hotels and boutique retreats.

Climb aboard your private Helicopter to enjoy a birds’ eye view of the famous ‘Twelve Apostles’ on the Great Ocean Road.

In the city soak up Melbourne upmarket shopping and cafe precinct, including the iconic ‘Laneways’. Be guided by your own private musicians!

The pinnacle of the trip to Melbourne will be a VIP box at the Australian Open Tennis championships, one of the major events on the global pro-tennis calendar.

DAYS 4 – 7: Adelaide

Be greeted on arrival in Adelaide by your hosts, and be immediately transferred to one of the world’s most famous wine regions, The Barossa Valley. Here you will check into your luxury lodge accommodation at the Louise, before proceeding to a private degustation dinner in at Hentley Farm Winery (a converted 18th Century farmhouse).

To follow will be a tailor-made itinerary with experiences including a team wine blending challenge at the Historic Chateau Tanunda estate, and a private tasting of 120 year old fortified wines at Seppeltsfield Wines (even taste a drop from the year of your birth!).

Back in Adelaide check into your luxury 5* hotel, and get ready to enjoy the ‘Tour Down Under’ , the only pro-cycling tour in the Southern Hemisphere. Here the group will go behind the scenes to meet the riders, and then join the City’s Lord Mayor in a private hospitality box to watch the end of the race.

The final full day is for exploring the wonders of Kangaroo Island, recent voted the Asia Pacific’s most unspoilt wilderness and homes to seal colonies, koala’s, platypi, kangaroos and many more species. Food and wine experiences will include a seafood banquet on your own private beach.

Enjoy a breakfast and private chef’s tour of the Adelaide Central Markets (largest fresh food markets in the Southern Hemisphere), before your board your homeward flights.
