DAY 1

Transfer in style from the airport to the World Famous Barossa Valley, in a fleet of classic cars … along the way stop for brunch served by a local chef on the sands at beautiful Glenelg beach.

– Arrive at luxury lodge accommodation, The Louise, in the heart of the Barossa Valley.

– Private vineyard tour of Hentley Farm, where guests will have the ability to try wines handpicked by the Hentley Farm team. Followed by a sumptuous South Australian degustation dining experience designed exclusively for your incentive group. Each guest given a personalised menu to take away, and will enjoy surprise interactive entertainment.

DAY 2

Start the day with an exhilarating Harley Davidson ride touring the picturesque Barossa Wine Region, proceeding to a champagne picnic breakfast in the grounds of the historic Chateau Tanunda Estate, Australia’s only winery in a castle!

– At Chateau Tanunda the winemaker who will take the group through a bespoke private ‘Team Building’ Wine Blending experience … each team’s final entry bottled for later.

– Over lunch, the Chateau Tanunda winemaker will be joined by other regional experts to judge the wines.

– Journey to Seppeltsfield Estate, famous for its fortified wines. The group will go behind the scenes to the winery’s private barrel loft and at the guidance of the winemaker try a drop from the very year of their birth.

– Late afternoon guests will arrive at the famous ‘Farm Barossa’ Function Centre, where famous chef and 2009 ‘Australian of the Year’ Maggie Beer, an icon of the food industry, will treat the group to a cooking demonstration.

– An exclusive gala dinner at ‘The Farm’, where guests will enjoy a menu created by Maggie Beer.

DAY 3

Journey to Adelaide’s premier Beachfront Resort, Glenelg. Here the group will take part in Team Building activities with an Aussie Life Saver theme, followed by a private BBQ lunch on the sand. The group’s chef will arrive to the beach by boat with a catch of fresh South Australian seafood.

– Check into 5-star city hotel.

– Late afternoon, a hosted shopping experience on the high and retail precinct of King William Road, and a private introduction to Tandanya, Adelaide’s iconic Aboriginal art gallery.

– An Australian Dinner under the stars, in the grounds of the beautiful Adelaide Botanic Gardens. The evening will commence with an interactive introduction to ‘Bush Tucker’ with a representative of Adelaide’s traditional land owners ‘the Kaurna People’. Then on to entertainment and attractions, featuring Australian wildlife from Adelaide Zoo.

DAY 4

After breakfast the group will arrive at an Iconic city Arts centre, where they will take part in a private interactive Glass Blowing experience.

– Just prior to departure, each guest will be presented with the following personalised gifts:
– A bottle of the winning wine from day 2, each with personalised label
– A framed group photo
– The Glass piece handmade by each guest
