DAY 1

Wine tasting master class and lunch at the National Wine Centre of Australia.

Dinner will be an exclusive presentation of Native Australian ingredients at an award-winning Australiana restaurant.

DAY 2

In the world famous Barossa Valley meet a local celebrity chef for a hands-on cooking class followed by lunch.

Spend the afternoon with private tastings at the home of renowned wine labels such as Penfolds, Wolf Blass and Yalumba.

DAY 3

At the historic Chateau Tanunda winery meet the winemaker who will guide your group through a team wine blending experience.

Guided by an expert, enjoy a private tasting of hand-picked fortified wines. Journey to the barrel halls where each group member can enjoy a glass from the very year of their birth.

Gala awards dinner hosted by local identities where your group’s winning wine blend will be selected by leading Barossa Valley wine-makers. Each participant will receive a personalised bottle of the winning wine!

DAY 4

Breathtaking sunrise balloon flight over the beautiful vineyards, followed by a champagne breakfast.

Experience a fun team ‘croquet’ contest on the lawns of a picturesque winery, followed by lunch and a cheese making demonstration.

Back in the city for some shopping, and a visit to the ‘Haigh’s’ factory…maker of Australia’s finest chocolate.
