Refunds

Our aim is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not completely happy with a product that you purchased from this site, for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of your purchase.

We will not refund on any ticket purchases to events held by the Adelaide Convention Bureau if before 24 hours prior to the event however tickets can be transferred to third party.

AUD - All transactions, prices and refunds are in Australian Dollars.

Delivery of goods/service will be within 7 days from receipt of your payment.
